[Working with Treal] allowed me to see what I needed to work on within myself so that I could be a better wife. In return has grown my husband and I a lot closer. I realized that I was more of a problem than I willing to see. Ohhhhh my how I’ve changed! She is simply anointed and amazing at what God has purposed her to be. I’m glad that she went through and grew through and was obedient to God to help us.

This morning was a crazy traffic morning but I noticed two things: 1) My mind stayed on God by listening to a devotion and podcast by Dr. Stanley and discussing it with my kiddies and 2) I exercised patience in the situation that I had no control over. I correlated this act of patience in my car to my marriage. Many things I won't have control over but small intentional acts of patience will make a change in me, my surroundings and my marriage.
I'm a student in Ready to Win in Marriage and my weekly assignments have me digging deep as to how I can be a better me, wife, mother, servant and individual. When all said and done, God will change my marriage but I must be in my rightful mindset and position to recognize, appreciate and maintain it.

I have been dating my boyfriend now for a year and a half, but before then I decided to join [the Wives Who Win Community] because I wanted to be prepared for whatever God had for me in my next relationship. I allowed myself to go through whatever was necessary to get rid of past hurts and patterns of failed attempts. When Treal Ravenel found out we were serious about our intentions with one another, not only did she suggest we attend marriage workshops, but we also did premarital counseling with her as well. What I can say is that she showed us some of the areas that needed the most work and how we could collectively improve on those areas to better ourselves individually as well as as a couple. With our assessments, we were able to identify just what we both needed work on and areas where we lacked. We have since improved our communication skills and learned how to accept each other’s love language. We have grown a lot closer and challenge each other to continue to use the tools we’ve gained to better our commitment to one another

While the workshop does incorporate and operate from the biblical principles of marriage, it is not exclusively for couples of a specific faith or denomination. We believe these principles offer universal wisdom for building strong, healthy relationships, and couples from all backgrounds are welcome to attend and benefit. Our focus is on practical, transformative tools for any couple committed to growth.
We understand that sometimes one partner might be more eager than the other. Our best advice is to share your own excitement about the workshop and how you believe it will benefit not just you, but your marriage overall. Be open, transparent, and willing to share all the details and facts about the workshop so your spouse can make a fully informed decision. Often, learning more about the content and benefits can ease any apprehension.
The workshop will primarily feature interactive couple activities, designed to foster connection and practical application within your relationship. However, there may be some individual reflection activities that serve as important precursors, preparing you to engage more deeply and effectively with your spouse during the couple exercises.
Please come with an open mind and an open heart, ready to receive new insights and practical tools. Your willingness to engage, learn, and contribute your unique experiences will add significant value to the overall conversation and to your own journey. We'll provide all necessary materials, including a workbook.
Due to the limited number of exclusive spots available to ensure an intimate and impactful experience for all participants, all registrations for the "Marriage Maintenance" workshop are non-refundable. We encourage you to review all details carefully before securing your spot
Don't let your relationship run on empty. Invest in its future and build a connection that truly lasts.
